I wish I had the same constitution as this guy. And maybe a similar beard, though not as epic.

I’ve avoided writing with tech for the past week because I’ve grown to loathE it. My phone almost ended up in the river on Saturday, purely for existing, and I feel the amount of times I’ve almost dropped this iPad is more than ‘just accidental’….

Tech-hatred aside, I’ve been putting pen to page and getting somewhere with it. I’m now typing up the six sheets of A4 (both sides) so I suspect that I’ll have reached my middle-mark by the time I’m done.

By the time I’m done.

Let me rephrase: by the time my body stops rebelling and gives me a break from chronic exhaustion and brain-splitting headaches.

This is what I get for being human.

Back to the novel: some twists and turns have occurred and things are becoming clearer the more I write. Soon, I shall be mapping out my efforts so far and composing The Scroll. Then begins the task of figuring out what the hell I’m doing.

For now, I am going to bed to watch The Emperor’s New Groove. Love llamas.
